1. What DU2BAO2 provides
- Marketplace browsing, listings, search, seller accounts and moderation.
- Seller disclosure and identity-verification processes.
- Reporting, safety and counterfeit-review workflows.
- Where specifically enabled, third-party payment, delivery, authentication and DU2BAO2 Protection integrations.
2. Direct transaction role
For meetup, COD, DuitNow or direct bank-transfer deals where DU2BAO2 does not receive/control the payment, DU2BAO2 is a marketplace venue and normally cannot reverse or refund that payment. Buyers and sellers remain responsible for the transaction, subject to applicable law.
3. Protected Checkout role
DU2BAO2 Protection applies only where expressly displayed and used. DU2BAO2 may then administer the Platform dispute/refund process through integrated service providers according to the Buyer Protection Policy. Until the checkout feature is actually enabled on a listing, users should not assume it applies.
4. Authentication role
Ordinary listing approval is not authentication. A specific item is treated as authenticated only where the applicable authentication status is expressly displayed and the stated process has been completed.
5. Marketplace operator responsibilities
DU2BAO2 may check required seller disclosures before transactions, provide complaint channels, retain legally required records, moderate listings and cooperate with competent authorities. These marketplace-operator functions do not automatically make DU2BAO2 the seller of user-listed goods.
