Ringkasan Bahasa Malaysia
1. Delivery options
A seller may offer tracked courier, insured delivery, self-collection or meetup subject to the listing and transaction method. DU2BAO2 Protection may require a supported tracked method when Protected Checkout is used.
2. Seller responsibilities
State the estimated dispatch/delivery period, package appropriately, provide accurate parcel information, use genuine tracking and disclose important shipping limitations. High-value goods should use appropriate declared-value/insurance options where available.
3. Buyer responsibilities
Provide an accurate delivery address, monitor tracking, inspect promptly after delivery and preserve packaging/evidence if a protected dispute arises.
4. Tracking and the Protection Window
For standard DU2BAO2 Protection, the 48-hour inspection/dispute window normally runs from the integrated courier status showing delivered. The applicable order screen governs when Protected Checkout is enabled.
5. Loss, damage and courier limits
Independent couriers may have their own declared-value, insurance and compensation limits. DU2BAO2 does not guarantee independent courier performance. Buyer Protection eligibility for non-receipt or delivery-related problems is governed by the Buyer Protection Policy.
