DU2BAO2 melarang barangan tiruan, curi, tidak sah, berbahaya, melanggar harta intelek dan aktiviti penipuan. Penyenaraian boleh dibuang dan akaun boleh disekat atau ditamatkan. Kelulusan penyenaraian tidak menjadikan barangan terlarang sebagai dibenarkan.
1. General rule
Users must not list, offer, request or facilitate items or conduct that are unlawful, unsafe, deceptive, infringing or prohibited by this Policy. DU2BAO2 may impose stricter category rules than the legal minimum to protect marketplace users.
2. Counterfeit, stolen and deceptive goods
- Counterfeit, replica or unauthorised branded goods represented in a misleading way.
- Stolen or fraudulently obtained goods.
- Items with falsified serials, receipts, certificates or provenance.
- Goods materially misrepresented as to brand, model, condition, origin or ownership.
3. Illegal, dangerous or regulated goods
- Illegal drugs and controlled substances.
- Firearms, ammunition, explosives and prohibited weapons.
- Tobacco, vaping products and unlawful nicotine products.
- Prescription medicines or medical products offered unlawfully.
- Unsafe, recalled or legally prohibited products.
- Hazardous materials whose sale or delivery would be unlawful.
- Other goods whose possession, advertisement, sale or shipment violates Malaysian law.
4. Intellectual property and digital abuse
- Pirated software/media and counterfeit licence keys.
- Infringing brand merchandise.
- Stolen credentials, personal data or account-access products.
- Malware, phishing kits or tools intended for unauthorised access.
- Fraudulent documents or certificates.
5. Prohibited conduct and services
- Money laundering, scam or fraudulent payment activity.
- Sale of DU2BAO2 accounts or verification status.
- Fake reviews, transaction manipulation or reputation manipulation.
- Phishing, impersonation or fake DU2BAO2 payment links.
- Attempts to bypass DU2BAO2 safety controls for unlawful purposes.
6. Moderation and enforcement
DU2BAO2 may request evidence, hide/remove listings, restrict accounts, suspend eligible Protected Checkout transactions or payouts where permitted, preserve records and cooperate with competent authorities or rights holders. Listing approval never converts a prohibited item into an allowed item.
7. Reporting
Use the listing report function for suspected counterfeit, prohibited, illegal, stolen or unsafe goods. In an active protected order, also use the order dispute function where available.
