Penjual mesti memberi maklumat tepat, menggunakan gambar barang sebenar, mendedahkan kecacatan material dan tidak menjual barang tiruan atau curi. Jika pembeli Protected Checkout dibayar balik kerana kesalahan penjual, penjual kekal bertanggungjawab terhadap jumlah yang dipulangkan mengikut polisi dan undang-undang.
1. Seller identity and disclosures
Sellers must provide accurate identity/contact/business information required by DU2BAO2 and Malaysian law, keep it updated and complete required Bahasa Malaysia disclosures before transacting.
2. Ownership, legality and authenticity
Only list goods you own or are authorised to sell. Counterfeit, stolen, unlawful or prohibited goods are not allowed. Do not make false authenticity, ownership, warranty or condition claims.
3. Listing accuracy
Use actual-item photographs, accurate brand/model/specification and full asking price. Disclose material defects, repairs, alterations, missing accessories, strong odours, locks/restrictions and other facts that would reasonably affect a buyer.
4. DU2BAO2 Protection obligations
If Protected Checkout is enabled, sellers must follow tracked dispatch, evidence, dispute, return and payout rules. Seller payout may be delayed for an eligible dispute, suspected fraud, counterfeit review, chargeback or legal/payment-provider requirement.
5. Seller responsibility for refunds
If a protected buyer is properly refunded because the seller supplied a counterfeit, wrong, materially misdescribed or materially defective item for which the seller is responsible, the seller remains liable for the refunded amount and reasonable related costs where permitted. DU2BAO2 may recover properly due sums from eligible pending/future payouts or other lawful means.
6. Seller evidence and records
For higher-value goods, retain clear pre-shipment condition photographs/video, serial numbers, included accessories, packing evidence, receipts and provenance/authentication records where available.
7. Enforcement
Serious counterfeit, fraud, stolen-property, false-document or return-manipulation activity may justify immediate listing removal and account restriction or termination. DU2BAO2 may preserve records and cooperate with authorities.
